NICE TO MEET YOU.

I’m Eden Dozier—a thinker, storyteller, and protein enthusiast who lost over 120 lbs naturally—not through shortcuts or sheer willpower alone, but by confronting the emotional weight I carried for years. As a life coach with lived experience rather than formal therapy credentials, I offer a grounded, powerful perspective rooted in my own journey of transformation. My work challenges the surface-level narratives of weight loss and self-improvement, diving deep into the unspoken truths of healing, self-awareness, and growth.

With an unapologetic yet soft approach, I strip away toxic positivity and trendy fixes, guiding my clients and viewers toward real, lasting change. Through raw honesty, I encourage others to stop running from themselves, to embrace their darkness, and to uncover the real reasons behind their struggles through my signature method.

But this isn’t just about weight loss. My platform is a space for radical self-discovery. I explore the intersection of food, identity, and emotional healing, sharing insights on diet, movement, my experience with self-reflection work, and the inner work most people avoid. My approach is direct but compassionate, offering both hard-hitting truths and the support to navigate them.

Whether through thought-provoking conversations, high-value content, or my blend of confidence and humility, I’m here to help you redefine what it means to transform—mind, body, and soul.

Disclaimer: While I am a life coach offering guidance based on lived experience, my content is not a substitute for professional therapy. If you are struggling with mental health issues, I strongly recommend seeking help from a licensed mental health professional.

My Before

This was me at nearly my heaviest. Sad, broken, and trapped in a body that felt more like a prison than a home. And if you’re anything like I was, being the ‘funny fat friend’ wasn’t just a personality trait—it was a survival tactic. A well-worn shield of sarcasm and self-deprecating jokes, thrown up to block judgment before it could land. Humor was my camouflage, my attempt to convince the world—and myself—that I was perfectly fine. Spoiler alert: I wasn’t.
But the real punchline? That armor doesn’t just protect you from pain—it keeps you from healing.

If you’ve made it this far, then maybe you’re ready to shed the armor and build something real. Something true. And I would love to help you do it. Reach out and let’s chat.
